Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oryn Foods. We take immense pride in the quality, purity, and sourcing of our wellness powders and sweeteners. Because our products are ingestible food items and dietary supplements, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.

Please read our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been handed over to our shipping partner, Shiprocket.

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@orynfoods.com with your Order ID.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled.

If delivery is refused and the package is returned to us as a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment, we reserve the right to deduct the applicable two-way shipping charges from your final refund amount.

2. Returns Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dietary supplements and herbal powders (including products such as Ashwagandha, Triphala, and Stevia), we do not accept returns once products have been successfully delivered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned ingestible products cannot be restocked or resold.

We are therefore unable to accept returns for:


  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Flavor variations

  • Incorrect product expectations after delivery

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging every order securely using protective courier packaging and sealed containers. However, if your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:


  1. The product container arrives cracked, broken, punctured, or physically damaged.

  2. The outer or inner protective safety seal is broken or tampered with upon arrival.

  3. You receive the wrong product.

Mandatory Unboxing Proof Requirement

To help prevent logistical fraud and support claims with courier partners, all issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 1

Email our support team at support@orynfoods.com with the subject line:

Order Damage Claim – [Your Order ID]

Step 2

Attach:


  • A clear, unedited unboxing video or

  • High-resolution photos showing:


    The outer courier packaging


    Shipping label


    Damage to the product container or seal


Step 3

Our team will review the submitted proof within 24–48 hours.

If the claim is verified, we will:


  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved due to:


  • Transit damage

  • Incorrect fulfillment

  • Pre-dispatch cancellation

the refund will be processed as follows:

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout, including:


  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Net Banking

Processing Timeline

Once initiated, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If Cash on Delivery is available and a refund is approved, you may be asked to provide:


  • Your bank account details, or

  • A valid UPI ID

This information must be shared through your registered email address for secure processing.

5. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order status is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will initiate an investigation with Shiprocket, including verification of delivery and GPS dispatch records.

If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide either:


  • A complete replacement, or

  • A full refund
